Recently I went to the UK for a short holiday. Saw some interesting culture of the people there. They were having a week-long demonstration at Trafalgar Square. And I must say that they are very peaceful.
Anyone can join in or simply walked into the area and learn more about why they are demonstrating. There are paramedic, legal observers and even cooks there to help support the demonstrators.
The atmosphere is so much different from the other one happening across the ocean. I am not here to judge but I think this shows the maturity of the country and its people.
And I must say I have a better understanding of the impact of climate change after visiting them.
